I work one on one with people navigating transitions. I'm drawn to people who are not just wrestling with the question, "What do I want to do?", but are going deeper, leveraging the opportunity to explore a much more profound question, "Who do I want to be?".

In our work together we will identify and cultivate a set of practices that enable grounding in the context of uncertainty.

Structure (indicative):

• 1 x 90 minute face to face session per month

• 1 x 30 minute online or phone check-in per month

• may include suggested reading or other inputs

• $1k + GST per month

• over 3 - 6 months
